Amy, Beth and Charlie shared a sum of money in the ratio 4 : 8 : 5. If Amy and Beth received $84 more than Claire, how much did Claire receive?

    Amy and Beth = 4+8 = 12u
    Difference between Claire and A,B = 12-5 = 7u

    7u -> $84
    1u -> 84/7 = $12
    Claire = 5u -> 5x12 = $60
